The Victory Media Network (VMN), an urban-scale outdoor art gallery in the heart of Dallas, invites you to submit your work for inclusion in its inaugural collection. VMN is seeking extraordinary motion arts including stunning visual storytelling, stylized live action, cutting-edge motion graphics, experimental animation, and very short films. This collection will be the first body of artwork ever shown on Victory Plaza. Submissions must be received by November 15, 2006.

The United Nations Plaza is a temporary school. Radically reconfigured for the 21st century in 2006, the Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF) is a multimedia festival that explores the theme of sustainability and the environment within a large global conversation that embraces a range of political, economic, social, and aesthetic issues, including labour, war, health, disease, music, intellectual property, fine art, software, remix culture, economics, archives, AIDS, women’s rights and human rights. The festival will take place from 26 March to 2 April 2007 in Ithaca (New York), USA, and on the internet.
“Try Again. Fail Again. Fail Better.” is the central exhibition of Momentum 2006, the Nordic festival of contemporary art held in Moss in Norway. The exhibition includes 31 artists and artists’ groups from across northern Europe, and the majority of the works have been made especially for Moss. Many of them touch on the theme of absurdity – as reflected in the title of the exhibition, which comes from the writer Samuel Beckett.
You can submit your works to participate the Ninth ZEMOS98 international call for short works on video by November 1st. These guidelines continue the agreement of ZEMOS98 to pay 150 € for every work participating this section for the purposes of presenting the work and public screening.
