The other planet

As many scientists and environmentalists stress, there is no planet 2 and the issues we are having on earth are caused by the disparate distribution of resources, and the relentless distraction of the environment. The other planet focused on works that present how human interference, sometimes hidden in plain view, and other times thousands of kilometres away, is affecting our environment to maintain our unsustainable way of life. The curation shows how we all live in different worlds, ignoring that we share the same planet. The other planet is here and we are part of it.

The programme, graciously supported by Kolla, touched on issues such as sea pollution, overfishing, and dark ecologies.
