The 24th UBE Biennale International Open Sculpture Competition

In the autumn of 2011, Ube City in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan will hold the 24th UBE Biennale International Open Sculpture Competition. The competition is open to all individuals and groups for all types of sculptures.

In the 23rd UBE Biennale, 392 models from 42 countries were entered and 20 artists from 6 countries: France, Germany, Greece, Korea, USA and Japan, exhibited Open-Air Sculptures at Tokiwa Park.

The 24th UBE Biennale coming up next year will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Open-Air Sculpture Exhibition and the 90th Anniversary of Ube City. The organizers look forward to welcoming many creative works.
