B: Program or plan making the best use of existing facilities or artworks

Seeks plans making the best use of existing artworks, abandoned houses or schools which will be organized and executed by the applicant. This could include:

  • Event, performance, or exhibition using the existing artworks as stage;
  • Retrospective exhibition of the artist or new development of existing artworks;
  • Food;
  • Seminar or satellite facility of university or company;
  • Any other creative plans based upon innovative ideas.

C: Free genre

Seek for creative and innovative proposals and plans in any genre (art, music, performance, agriculture, food, or sports) which invite visitors and local residents to participate.

Examples: International Kakashi Contest, Satoyama Hide-and-Seek, Snow Sports Day.
